Founded in 1976 Berkeley Homes is the largest division of the Berkeley Group Holdings Plc, a FTSE 250 company. Berkeley Homes has a turnover of over £500m and last year Berkeley Homes completed over 1,800 units. In recent years the Company has broadened its portfolio from its traditional detached developments to include large urban regeneration schemes. Berkeley Homes now has unrivalled expertise in creating sustainable communities within complex regeneration schemes on brownfield sites.
