Brunswick Riverside - A new Waterside Quarter
At the end of the academic year 2008/2009, Cambridge Regional College will be vacating the buildings on the Brunswick site and moving its teaching facilities to their new campus in summer 2009. The site has been identified for redevelopment for residential accommodation by Cambridge City Council in their current Local Plan,
and has been acquired by award winning developers Berkeley Homes.
The Berkeley Homes design team has been working up proposals for the site since December 2006 in discussions with the local authority, local residents and a number of specialist groups. This website has been created to facilitate access to the overall design concept and relevant application information.
