Following continued engagement with the local community and interested stakeholders throughout the planning application process various issues have been raised by our neighbours.

As considerate community developers, Berkeley Homes has decided to address these issues by withdrawing the previously submitted application and introducing significant changes to our proposals.

In keeping with our commitment to Community Consultation and Stakeholder Involvement, we will be seeking your views on the revised proposals at the earliest opportunity via the methods already established with the local community, namely – Direct Meetings with Residents’ Associations and local individuals, regular Newsletter Updates and a further Public Exhibition.
