Revised Bulk, Height & Massing

Block C has now been split into two smaller buildings, and Block D significantly reduced in terms of footprint. Having lost the need for the basement to connect into levels on Walnut Tree Avenue, all the buildings have been dropped in height along the frontage by 1.5m. The profiles of Blocks C1, C2 and D have also been reworked and now reduce towards the Common. The overall effects of these changes is a reduction in height of between 1.5 and 4.5m and a dramatic loss of bulk in the frontage.
